Every CP Designs part starts with a problem we heard from real builders. Too much cutting. Too much compromise. Parts that looked good in photos but fit terribly on the bike.
We design every pod, panel, and tank to drop in perfectly on specific Harley platforms -- no guesswork, no modification, no disappointment. Built and tested in South Florida. Shipped to builders nationwide.

Our Capabilities
3D Printing & Prototyping
Industrial-grade 3D printing for one-off prototypes and production parts. Our 3D capabilities were featured on the Big Meech SEMA build -- designing the custom fairing, tank, and subwoofer ports.
CNC Fabrication
Precision CNC machining for speaker pods, spacer rings, and mounting hardware. Every part is machined to tight tolerances for a perfect drop-in fit on Harley platforms.
Custom Body Work
Stretched tanks, custom fairings, dash blanks, and body panels designed specifically for Street Glide, Road Glide, and Trike builds. No drilling, no cutting required.
Builder Collaboration
We work directly with custom builders and shops to create one-off parts and production runs. If you can dream it, we can design and fabricate it.

The CP Designs Story
Founded in South Florida
CP Designs was born out of a passion for custom Harley builds and a frustration with parts that did not fit right.
First Production Speaker Pods
Launched our first line of Street Glide speaker pods -- engineered for perfect OEM fitment without cutting or drilling.
Dealer Program Launched
Partnered with shops across the country to bring CP Designs parts to more builders through our wholesale dealer network.

SEMA Show Collaboration
Collaborated with Soflo V-Twin LLC on the Big Meech build -- a 201 HP Road Glide that debuted at the 2025 SEMA Show and was featured in Urban Rides Magazine Vol. 143.
