SHIPPING POLICY

CP Designs ships custom Harley-Davidson bagger parts and audio accessories across the continental United States, Canada, and internationally. Order Processing

CP Designs will ship your order within 2 business days if the parts are currently in stock. In-stock availability can vary -- call us at (561) 749-9019 or email before ordering if you need immediate confirmation.

Out-of-stock and custom parts are made to order. Production times may be up to 6 weeks and will vary based on current shop workload. We will notify you of your estimated lead time at the time of order.

Production time up to 6 weeks. Times may vary per order. Some items are in stock -- call for availability before ordering to get the most accurate lead time.

Once your order ships, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details via email directly from the carrier.

* Please note: carriers are not currently guaranteeing expedited shipping times. CP Designs is not responsible for carrier delays once your order leaves our facility.

Damage Claims

If your product arrives damaged, you must notify CP Designs immediately so we can initiate a claim with the carrier. Delays in reporting may jeopardize your claim.

What you need to do:

Contact us immediately upon receiving a damaged shipment

Take clear photos of the outer packaging showing all damage

Take photos of the damaged product itself

4

Keep ALL original packing materials -- do not discard anything

Do not return the item until instructed by CP Designs

Important Notice

CP Designs is NOT responsible for damages caused by carriers and will not issue related discounts or sefunds. No payments or sefunds will be disbursed until a claim is fully approved and payment is received from the carrier. Refunds will not be given for shipment delays caused by the carrier.

Deferred Orders & Storage

If you place an order requiring shipment at a later date, shipping costs must be paid in full prior to us shipping your order.

30-Day Storage Limit

CP Designs will not store completed orders for more than 30 days. Orders held beyond 30 days will accrue storage fees of $25 per day until shipped or picked up.
