RETURN POLICY

All Sales Are Final

CP Designs produces custom, made-to-order Harley-Davidson bagger parts. Because each part is built specifically for your bike, we do not accept returns on custom parts. Exceptions are limited to incorrect, damaged, or missing items reported within 24 hours of delivery.

All Sales Are Final

CP Designs specializes in custom and made-to-order motorcycle body parts and audio accessories. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on custom parts under any standard circumstances.

We stand behind the quality of every part that leaves our shop. If something is wrong with your order, we want to make it right -- but we need to hear from you promptly. Please review the eligible claims window below.

Eligible Claims (24-Hour Window)

The only circumstances under which a return or exchange may be authorized are:

Incorrect Item

You received a part that does not match what you ordered.

Damaged Item

Your part arrived damaged (separate from carrier damage -- see Shipping Policy).

Missing Item

An item listed on your order was not included in the shipment.

You have 24 hours from delivery to report an incorrect, damaged, or missing item. Claims made after 24 hours will not be honored -- no exceptions. Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

RMA Authorization Process

To initiate a return you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from CP Designs. Do not ship anything back without written authorization -- unauthorized returns will not receive a refund.

How to request an RMA:

Email info@cpdesigns.us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number.

Describe the issue clearly: incorrect part, damage, or missing item.

Include photos of the item and packaging where applicable.

Wait for written RMA authorization from CP Designs management before shipping anything back.

Ship the item back using the method and address provided in your RMA confirmation.

Restocking Fees & Refunds

If a return is authorized by CP Designs management, the following terms apply to any refund issued:

Restocking Fee

Applied to all authorized returns except warranty replacements.

Shipping Refund

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in all cases.

Warranty item replacements are evaluated case-by-case and may be exempt from the restocking fee at management's discretion. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Unauthorized Returns

Do Not Return Items Without Authorization

If a product is returned or sefused without proper RMA authorization, no refund will be issued for the product, and any applicable shipping and handling fees will still be charged to the customer.

Always obtain written RMA approval from CP Designs before returning any item. Unsolicited returns cannot be processed and will not receive credit.
